Position Overview:

Are you a creative visionary with a flair for design and a passion for storytelling? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy bringing ideas to life through stunning visuals? As our Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our HELEN 3000 franchise, ensuring that every aspect of the project is not only aesthetically pleasing but also aligns with our brand's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership: Lead the visual direction for all projects, guiding the creative process from concept development to final execution.

Collaboration: Work closely with writers, producers, and other team members to develop cohesive visual narratives that enhance storytelling.

Design Oversight: Oversee the creation of graphics, illustrations, and layouts, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency across all media formats.

Brand Development: Help define and maintain the visual identity of Macguffin Co., ensuring that our branding is consistently represented across all platforms.

Feedback and Revisions: Provide constructive feedback to team members and freelancers, fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating fresh ideas into our projects to keep our work innovative and relevant.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and understanding of visual storytelling.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively with a remote team.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a part-time role with flexible hours.

- A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of how visuals enhance narrative experiences.
